Happy hump day, mums and dads. We hope you are enjoying this week and the excitement as we run-up to Easter. We parents are always struggling to find new and inventive ways to keep the kids occupied but don't worry. The Daily Kids is here to give you your daily dose of activity ideas. Keeping with the Easter theme this week, let's dive in.
  1. If there are any in your area, you should attend an Easter parade. With lockdown restrictions varying by location, you will have to check your local listings.

  2. Go horse riding. This is a great Easter break activity, it's outdoors, healthy, and most kids love to look at the horses even if they're too scared to ride. Check your local listings for a school in your area that caters mostly to kids.

  3. Make some Easter gifts for teachers, this past year has been challenging, and teachers have faced many challenges and been forced to learn new skills on the spot to keep the kid's education going through the lockdown. They deserve a present.

  4. Make an Easter chocolate cake; if you are struggling with recipe ideas, head over to BBC good food for recipe inspiration.

  5. Make an easter newsletter for your friends and family. This gets the kids using their literary skills and artistic skills and gives them a chance to reflect on all the beautiful things they've been doing.

Don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter to have five daily activities emails straight to your inbox daily.
